About HCPC

Founded in August 2007, Shijiazhuang Huacheng Import & Export Co., Ltd. specializes in the development, custom manufacturing, and sale of precision metal parts. Our core processes include casting, forging, welding, and CNC machining, allowing us to support customers through every stage of production.

A Strong Foundation in Manufacturing
As part of Shijiazhuang Shenghua Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. (established in 1994), we are supported by 32 years of metal processing and manufacturing expertise. The Group's manufacturing facility covers 122,000 square meters and enjoys a favorable location only 11 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport.

Core Business Scope

Casting Includes silica sol investment casting, resin sand casting, shell mold casting, lost foam casting, and high and low pressure or gravity die casting for aluminum. Materials include high, medium and low alloy carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4PH, etc.), duplex steel, ductile iron, gray iron, copper alloys and aluminum alloys.
Forging Open-die and closed-die forgings in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys for high-strength, load-bearing industrial components.
Structural welding and stamping Includes TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding along with precision stamped parts. These products are widely used in the pump and valve, automotive intake and exhaust, oil extraction equipment, construction machinery, electrical fittings and electronic instrument industries.

Manufacturing & Quality Inspection Capabilities

The company operates an integrated casting and machining production system, with a workforce of over 800 people, including 80 engineering and technical staff and an inspection team of more than 60 people.

Advanced equipment
Equipped with automated casting lines, fully automatic heat treatment equipment, and over 90 CNC machines, including DMG MORI 5-axis simultaneous machining center, Mazak five-axis and four-axis machining centers, vertical and horizontal machining centers, and CNC lathes, giving us the capability to produce high-precision finished parts.
Precision inspection
Our inspection equipment includes an Italian direct-reading spectrometer, X-ray inspection system, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), high-magnification metallurgical microscope, tensile testing machine and profilometer, ensuring product performance and dimensional tolerances meet strict compliance standards.
