CNC turning involves a rotating workpiece mounted on a CNC lathe while cutting tools are automatically controlled to machine features such as outside diameters, internal bores, faces, threads, tapers, and radii. This process is specifically designed for rotational components and offers high precision, excellent surface finish, a high degree of automation, and consistent quality in batch production.

We operate 41 CNC lathes, including two automated CNC turning cells and two vertical CNC lathes, supporting both high-volume production and large-diameter turning applications.
