Manufacturing Capabilities
To meet different requirements for alloy steel components in terms of size, weight, and surface finish, we offer two manufacturing processes:
- Silica Sol Investment Casting/Lost Wax Casting
This process is suitable for manufacturing components weighing 0.01 kg to 80 kg. It can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 3.2-Ra 6.3 and dimensional accuracy of CT4-CT6. - Resin Sand Casting
This process is suitable for manufacturing components weighing 10 kg to 1,500 kg. It can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 6.3-Ra 12.6 and dimensional accuracy of CT9-CT10.
We operate more than 90 CNC machining machines for the machining of castings with various weights and materials to meet customer drawing specifications and application requirements. Our equipment includes Mazak CNC lathes, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers, as well as turn-mill centers, enabling us to meet component dimensional accuracy requirements.
